You absorb cannabinoids differently depending on how they are ingested. When eaten, cannabinoids have to go through the digestive tract and get metabolized by the liver, which takes longer than inhalation onset (unless the edible notes it is Fast Acting!). Edible onset time can vary based on your metabolism, how much you’ve eaten that day, and other factors.
