THEY WORK!
I m a senior citizen with zero history using HTC and have struggled for years, getting to sleep and staying asleep . On a whim, I ordered these gummies , after being disappointed by at least a dozen sleep aids, over the counter and prescription. I decided to try these out, low and slow . For me, one half a gummy is plenty to get me a full night sleep and awakening refreshed and clear headed. If I do wake up during the night, I fall back to sleep within minutes. Okay, now, the taste is dreadful, with a hint of fruit but clearly not masking what the gummy really is. I ve learned to swallow the half gummy whole. Small problem solved.
I cannot recommend this gummy highly enough.
